Its Finally Here, The Last Full Measure
The National
Museum of the U.S. Air Force,
1100 Spaatz Street
Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433.
The Museum is screening the film, the Last Full Measure, which recounts the story of Pitsenbarger, on 30 and 31 March 2019 at the same location the MOH was presented.
Here are the details for the DV Screening:
Saturday, March 30, 2019
Doors Open at 6:00 p.m.
Reception Begins at 6:30 p.m.
Theatre Seating at 7:15 p.m.
The 30 March showing is only for the Pitsenbarger family/community, Mud Soldiers (those from the unit he was rescuing), AF Senior Leadership, possible actors/film crew, and you guessed it … the PJ community!
Q&A with Writer/Director Todd Robinson will follow the Screening.
The theater has a capacity of 400 people, and I have been allocated 100 slots for PJ/ST Community.
The invitation that will be sent out will have the option of a +1.
Please send this out to those who will have a “no-kidding/will show” response that would be great. If we have 150 people wanting to attend, we can adjust numbers so that PJs are in full-force.
As far as precedence, it would be great to have:
1) Those who served alongside Pitsenbarger
2) PJ Association leadership
3) Harry Obeirne and Dave Milsten
4) Vietnam era PJs
5) All other PJs (active or not)
Once we have a solid count (Names/Emails) Bryan will send out an email invite that has the RSVP details. Currently, looking for rough numbers of interested people.
Please email Bryan at: bcarnes13@gmail.com if your are sure you can and will attend, he will then send you a Private Invitation
