Luke Adams (37) passed away suddenly on May 31, 2020 at his home in Farmington, New Mexico.
Let us come together to honor the memory of this great man and all that he did for his family, community, and country. With his sudden passing, come many unexpected expenses. We ask, if you're able, to donate what you can to help his family through this tragedy.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years Shea, daughter Sawyer (9), and son Asher (6), his parents Polly and Steve Adams, his sister Molly, and brothers Brett and Derek. He was an adoring uncle to eight nieces and nephews.
Luke was a loving husband, father, and Physician Assistant in the community. He is honored as he served in the U.S. Air Force as a Pararescuemen for 14 years, and dutifully deployed to Iraq, Africa, and Afghanistan. He then attended PA school in Salt Lake City, where he was president of his PA class. Luke and Shea later moved to Farmington, where he worked first with hospitalists, then Urgent Care. Most recently, he returned to serve his country in the Army.
Luke lived in the pursuit of excellence, not just in his career, but in his free time. A true athlete, he completed a half Iron Man last year, and loved running marathons. He also enjoyed snow skiing, biking, golfing, having a whiskey and a cigar with his multitude of friends, and spending quality time with his family.
We are heartbroken at the loss of this wonderful man—a husband, farther, son, brother, uncle and friend—and ask that you come together to celebrate his life, and uplift his family during this unthinkable time.
