Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I participate in the Rodeo events if I’m not on Active Duty?
- The Rodeo Team events are solely for registered teams. Only members on Active Duty Status can participate in the Rodeo Team events.
- Spectators can watch the Rodeo events. The expectation is that if you are attending events, then registration fee of $100 is paid to the Pararescue Association. se above to do that...
- There are several events happening at the hotel that are separate from the Rodeo Team events. These include, Paint & Sip Night, recruiter demonstrations / STAR Trade Show, and the Pararescue Association banquet, to name a few. These events require registration and payment, this is a Membership Function.
- Visit the PJ Association Website to register/pay and JOIN the Pararescue Association to Participate in events.
- Can I use PJ Association funds to book flights and hotel rooms?
- All events and Rooms will have a Cash Bar
- With AZ State Laws, Hotel restrictions (Covid) and changes to many things over the years, there will be no Open free bars.
- we did negotiate Happy Hour pricing for our guest.
- With many issues around Covid caused delays we are juggling many things you have never dealt with in planning a Reunion and Rodeo... Patients and understanding, Did you help with anything

- With the exception of registered teams and Special Guests, everyone who attends the Reunion events is expected to pay the registration fee. Covers Ditty bag items and those things associated with cost and Funds go directly back into the PJ Association.

Donovan Chapman brings singer/songwriter experience with having charted four singles in the Top 60 Country Music Billboard Charts with his “House Like That” peaking at forty-two. Donovan also recorded studio albums with Curb Records and Category 5 Records.
He is releasing a few more new songs this year and wrote his most recent song about friend and brother Scott Gearen. Donovan will perform songs on Wednesday and a few more on Saturday evening Reunion Banquet.
