To All,
We are sad to announce the passing of Lex Worthy on Sunday February 5th
at the age of 68 leaving to mourn family and friends.
Lex was a PJ graduating Pararescue school in 1974. After his time as a PJ he returned to Arizona and spent 33 years as a firefighter paramedic for the city of Glendale, retiring at the rank of Captain. He also served as a SWAT Tactical Medic for 15 years and was an AZ POST certified

A memorial service will be held at 10am Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023 at Christ’s Church of the Valley 7007 W. Happy Valley Rd., Peoria, AZ 85383
Some of us did not know Lex or just met him in passing with a hand shake. Those that worked with and knew him hold him in high regard as a PJ, who now joins the squadron of PJ Rescue Angels who have made their final jump.
When one of our PJ brothers passes he takes a piece of our hearts with him.
It would be immensely appreciated if those who have stories would write or call Linda with your remembrances.
