For over seven decades, the United States Air Force Pararescue community has answered the call in war, disaster, and humanitarian crisis across the globe.
Planned Now, Davis–Monthan Air Force Base, we are building a permanent memorial honoring their sacrifice, courage, and unwavering commitment to saving lives by US Air Force Pararescuemen.
Plan is to dedicate this Memorial at the 2027 Rodeo and Reunion.

This memorial will serve as:
- A sacred place of remembrance

gathering point for Rodeo, Reunions, Remembrance Days and Awards events.
- An educational site for future Airmen
- A symbol of global rescue leadership

- 7-Foot Bronze Pararescueman Statue
- Granite Honor Wall
- Circular Reflection Plaza
- Engraved Legacy Pathway and Donor Identification area.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Pararescuemen are the only Department of Defense specialty dedicated solely to personnel recovery and combat rescue.
Their motto is simple:
“These Things We Do, That Others May Live.”
This memorial ensures that those words endure for generations.
